UPLIFTING, YET CALMING. HOLISTIC REGENERATIVE MEDICINE.
Renew Aesthetics & Regenerative Medicine is a tenant improvement project designed to bring a sense of calm, comfort, and sophistication to a growing wellness practice in Puyallup. The space supports a range of services—from skin and hormone therapies to IV hydration and regenerative treatments—all within an environment that emphasizes privacy, serenity, and care.
The layout includes a series of specialized treatment rooms, carefully planned for both functionality and a soothing patient experience. At the heart of the space is the reception and lobby area, designed to immediately set a restorative tone. A full-height rock wall fountain provides a gentle, meditative soundscape, while a living green wall behind the reception desk adds texture, movement, and a connection to nature. These elements work together to create a spa-like ambiance that’s both welcoming and refined. The waiting area also includes dedicated space for retail displays, balancing wellness and beauty in one cohesive setting.
One of the primary goals was to move away from a clinical atmosphere, instead offering a space that feels warm, elegant, and restorative. A key challenge was fitting multiple treatment rooms and specialized functions into a modest footprint, while maintaining an open and comfortable flow throughout. Through efficient space planning and thoughtful material choices, we created an environment that reflects the values of the practice—renewal, care, and holistic wellness.
